Registration forms are available on the page of the class you are attending. Or, contact [email protected] 978-655-4568
1.) Fill out a registration form and check(payable to Paul Kennedy) then mail to:

2.) Fill out a registration form and attach to an email to [email protected]
3.) Fax completed form to 978-984-5789
Want to pay for your class ahead of time?
Go to our store page and return the completed registration form via one of the three methods above.
