CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS LICENSE
UNRESTRICTED- 12 hours
(This course is designed to meet the requirements of all 12 hours of the
Unrestricted CSL continuing education)

In February 2011, the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS) approved continuing education requirements for all licensed construction supervisors (CSL) in MA. July 1, 2011 is the beginning date for licensees to comply with these new requirements.
An unrestriced licensed construction supervisor must complete 12 hours of continuing education in each 2 year renewal periord.
Kennedy Seminars has been approved by the MA BBRS for all 12 hours of this new mandatory education.
After attending all 12 hours of this seminar you will have covered (as required per the BBRS):
- 1 & 2 Family Dwellings
- 8th Edition Base Code
- Business Practices
- Stretch Energy Code
- Workplace Safety
- Lead Safety
Your fee of $200.00 includes all of the following:
